Returns & Exchange

Return and exchange can only be process by following the term and conditions as below:

• Return and exchange only applicable for domestic order only. For International order, we do not accept any return due to tax reasons.

• The items must be return within 5 days of receiving your package with condition the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tag is intact to us as well.

• Accessories including mask, #poshjamas and scarf cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

• All return fees including delivery fees are borne by customer.

• For regular item, we only accept one time exchange or refund to store credit. Sale item is strictly not returnable.

• The refund will be made in the form of store credit and applicable for 6 months used.

• We will issue the store credit as soon as we received the item or within 3 working days.
