Returns & Exchange

Return and exchange can only be process by following the term and conditions as below:

•  Return and exchange only applicable for domestic orders only. For International orders, we do not accept any return due to tax reasons.
• The items must be return strictly within 7 days of receiving your package with condition the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tag is intact to us as well.
• All return fees including delivery fees are borne by customer.
• We only accept one time exchange or refund to store credit.
• Sale items is strictly cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
• Orders from offline store strictly cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded to the online store. We only accept return/exchange via online store only.
• Refund will be made in the form of store credit and applicable for 6 months used.
• We will issue the store credit as soon as we received the item or within 3 working days.
• Item exchange can only be done once.
