Shipping Information

We carefully prepare every order to ensure it reaches you in the best condition possible.

• Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and Indonesian public holidays.
• Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (WIB) will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
• If you have not received your package within 7 business days after shipment (for domestic orders), please contact our team and we'll be happy to assist you in tracking your order.
• Upon receiving your package, we kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as possible. If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
